Shannequa Watson was such a great help! I caught a busted tire on the way to work and I had to pull over and pulled in front of public storage. She greeted me outside, and helped me in the best way! Because I usually don’t have male help, she called someone to help put a spare on my tire and held a great conversation to keep me calm ud83dude0aud83dude0aud83dude0a definitely did not have to do that. 5 STARS!!!

Ms. Lorraine was on her lunch break when I arrived, but she answered the phone anyway. She remembered speaking with me previously and that I lived out-of-town. She put her lunch on hold and came outside the office to assist me with getting the code and finding both my storage units. She was upbeat, helpful and super pleasant. I even offered her next lunch on me! She has Excellent customer service skills!

Shanequa Watson was so helpful in my experience leasing a unit. So welcoming and walked me through every step and made sure I understood everything. Public storage also had some of the best rates I could find in the area. If you need a place to store your thins definitely go see her! Hire more people like her public storage!!

Very slow service getting set up in the computer there. Also it costs $20 for a lock. They could be better.

Hate this place and will never use again. The unit we rented had a water leak and everything in the unit had water damage. When we told the attendant she did not care at all and immediately asked if we purchased insurance. Then she dismissed us so she could help someone else. Customer service was horrible. We moved our stuff out before the first month was up. Will never go back.
