Our Cave club (RASS) had its first face to face meeting in a year. The picnic shelter that we reserved was clean and had plenty of room for distancing. The kids had 2 wonderful play areas nearby. It was great to see people in person. We love Three ud83dudc98 Lakes Park.

I walk and run the trails of this park very often. It's convenient because the park connects to my neighborhood through these trails. It is generally clean and the grounds are well kept, but irresponsible patrons are well on their way to making it a filthy mess. There is trash and poo on the trails. It's a very dog friendly park, yet a small number of owners do not pick-up after their dog, so runners beware. Plenty of shade offered around the lakes with other shaded spots near the playgrounds. Unfortunately, the actions of a few irresponsible people and a lack of funding will slowly buy surely destroy the peace of this park. Enjoy it while you can.

I moved back to Virginia after staying up north, and there is a significant difference in space here. This park has so much space. It's perfect for my city kids to experience fresh green grass. Real dirt. Fresh air. Am I allowed to give five star ratings on air? Well I'm going to rate the air. Five stars on the air. I brought my notebook and glitter gel pens and had such a good time. ud83dude0c I'm going back today w/ coffee to enjoy that wonderful air.

This park is always a good time. It is well maintained offers plenty of activity and even has a nature exhibit on site with live animals to see. The bathrooms are clean and the overall environment is welcoming no one behaves superior there.
