I've had some hiccups here and there but it's impossible for any place to be perfect. I really appreciate how kind the staff is and how they have so many services available (Primary care provider, Therapist, Physical Therapist, Dentist, Podiatrist, etc.). Be aware of and careful regarding their cancelation/appointment change rules. You can cancel no later than 24 hours before an appointment with no repercussions. You get 3 times a year where you can cancel/change an appointment with less than 24 hours notice (hey, things do happen sometimes). After that the rule is that you have to walk on and hope that there's an appointment available that day but they will work with you depending on the reasons for your cancelations (the dog/cat ate my appointment card isn't going to fly lol). Overall this really is a great facility and they will even work hard to get you any referrals to specialists you may need and make sure that the specialist takes your particular Medicaid. Lastly, this is a Medicaid only facility and does not accept any other insurance. That being said, they do accept cash on a very fair sliding scale fee.

I have never written a review before but after today I feel like I needed to. They called me in the morning to tell me they needed me to come in a speak with the doctor about my labs that day. My appointment was for 3:30 I was there at 3:08 waiting outside their doors to check in at the covid station. After checking at the main desk, I proceeded to wait at 4:10 I went up to the front desk and asked how much longer, the front desk came back with the message that I was 20 mins late and needed to reschedule. Needless to say I ask for a copy of my labs so I could go somewhere else. The ONLY reason I went there was because I am native and was supporting a native business. I lost an hour of billable time from my work for that...no thanks.

This is hands down the most compassionate clinic I have ever seen. My wife feels so comfortable and well taken care of by everyone here and that is not always an easy feat. This is a great model for healthcare.

Worst experience I have ever had at any clinic, ever! By the time I was leaving I already new I would never be going back there. I took my little sister here to get her back pain checked out and get her back on her medications for her depression. The doctor was good and even sent the medications to the pharmacy there, so we can pick them up on our way out to get her back on them ASAP. When I went out to the front to schedule a follow up and sign a waiver, she needed so she can go to the appointments by herself, she’s 17, the receptionist told me a form like that does not exist. I specifically told him the doctor was the one who recommended it so it must. He said he does not know of one and even read off the instant message he received from the nurse that it was only recommended for the follow ups and nothing else, He just sat there and stared at me like I was making this up. I had to instruct him on how to do his job and told him he should then ask the nurse or the doctor about the form if he wasn’t aware, instead of him trying to fight me on this. Only after I requested him to do that he did. As we are waiting for the correct person to come up with the form, we tried to get my little sisters prescriptions at the pharmacy. The lady we spoke with was impolite and arrogant and stated she will not fill the medications because they are closing in 10 minutes. I stated the doctor sent the medications over awhile ago to be filled so we can grab it on the a out. She foully said she got nothing from the doctor and was obscenely rude that I was asking her to fill it before her shift was over. I asked if it can be transferred to another pharmacy to be filled if they were not going to fill it and she said she does not do that I need to ask the doctor. Now I have to go back to the receptionist to ask that the medications be filled elsewhere and they told me to ask the joke of the pharmacy to do it. I had to let the receptionist know they told me they do not do that. I am outraged with their poor communication and lack of responsibility. The receptionist said he can ask the doctor but she already left. So pretty much SOL until next week. This place is a joke and if anyone thinks this is good healthcare needs to visit another healthcare clinic besides this one. No one should have to fight for their healthcare needs to be met let alone be disregarded like we were. I am writing this review in hopes that someone else doesn’t waste their time and effort here. If you decide to go here good luck.

My son has been seeing Dr Butler and Dr Lawrence. He needs ONE form filled out in order to finalize his Medicare. It's been two months and NO ONE will fill out the form and fax it. We have brought the form twice and called numerous times. Not professional at all! We are stuck and might have to start all over with another Medical Practice in order to get help.
