This is the worst place I had/have encounter.nstaff incompetence is over the top.nmy love one got hurt, no one knew what happened at least twice a week they didn't bathe him or changed his clothes.nupon discharge, no one knew what to do. needless to say, they didn't do anything.nI am so glad I have knowledge and is able to put things in place...nI want send a dog there or my worst enemy.noh and yes i reported everything to the board.nand i am going to keep pushing it until they close or hire better workers.
