I recently purchased a Mathews Triax from a friend, new to anything bow related whatsoever (green) as can be. I was greated and felt welcome from the moment I arrived. After a few adjustments, and recommendations, I had arrows cut and my bow completely fit me. I was able to take my time and not feel rushed at all, which I appreciate these days. I was helped with form and was able to hit the bullseye within less than 8 shots at 20 yards! The fact that the place was Family owned & Operated and has that home feeling, made me feel very at ease and relaxed. I was able to get everything I needed for my target and hunting needs in one place while meeting very nice people. I was a new customer today, but I will frequent customer in the future. I highly recommend Buggs Island Archery to anyone new like me who doesn't have a clue, as well as anyone who is a avid archery lover. Thanks so much for everything guys! Places like this are a rare gem these days!

Great place to buy archery equipment. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have purchased 3 Bear bows from them and will buy from them again
