Have shopped this store many times and find the staff to be very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Have only had 1 return, but they were very courteous, unlike other small hardware stores that I have dealt with. It is a smaller store than the chain stores, but I have found that they will do everything they can to get you what you need.
Went to fill up two propane tanks, paid for them went back to truck to get them out, clerk came out and said that no one knew how to operate the tank, had to get refund, had to go somewhere else.
