Very Disappointed. 3 Appointments, Diagnostic fees charged, truck undriveable after 1 visit. Had the truck towed back, more diagnostic charges, truck still not fixed. They canceled the 3rd appointment. Took the truck to a local mechanic, fixed next day, common failure part in transmission. Very disappointed with the service manager. Very unconcerned attitude. I was prepared to buy a new truck with sales (waiting for repair of current truck), but I will go to another dealership in the future.

Bought a 2016 Dodge Ram here. I couldn't have been treated any better. Jordan and Trey facilitated the deal. The truck had some minor issues, but they squared those away for me. Their service department is incredible as well. I will be a lifelong customer due to the fairness I received.

Ben in the service department took great care of me. They were willing to go out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable with the work being done. They listened to my concerns and did an amazing job. Back on the road just in time for a special event.

This was absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had. Trey was very professional and personable and helpful doing everything to meet our needs. Alex was also very helpful in ensuring our satisfaction on our choice. But my biggest thank you is to Jordan, Sales rep, who was extremely attentive to our specific needs and made sure everything was set including paring our phones to the car. I am proud to be part of the the Haley Ford FarmVille family. We drove away in a car that was within our budget and upgraded. Last year our previous car was purchased at a different Ford dealership in Richmond. That was a horrible experience. Very in personable after they had our check and leaving us feeling that we would never buy a FORD again.nThank you Trey and much success as you continue to lead a team of kind, courteous and professional people

They make you feel like you are family we had a terrible experience with a car dealership and they made our experience wonderful and made it easy!! We love Haley and hope to purchase there again when we need a car!!
