If you are seeking a contractor that pays attention to the details this is not the business I would recommend hiring. Initially I had given them a very good rating, even passing off a small area they missed painting as an”oh well,” but isn’t that what it is all about: the details. Well if you agree then beware. They not only missed a small section next to my front door that I caught, but later I found that they didn’t pull out my range and paint the wall behind it. They did pull out the refrigerator, so I don’t get it. Then recently I found that they didn’t paint the ceiling and wall above my cabinets, which are tall and the ceiling is sloped. I told them when I hired them that the primary reason I was hiring a contractor to do the painting in my great room and kitchen was because I could not safely reach this area. It isn’t like they painted a number of rooms - just one large room people! And it wasn’t like they gave me a bargain basement price. In fact they sold me on using a subpar quality pain brand (I am a Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams customer), and it started showing scuffs almost immediately.when trying to wipe it down the paint came off. Of course the cheaper pain was not reflected in the quote, which was further problematic.
