Cape Cod Pest Pros are great. Very responsive. They service about 10 properties for me and have never had any issues. My tenants love that they can call to set up their own appointments when needed above and beyond the quarterly service. Prices are good too. Highly recommend

Fabulous experience with Dan and Neil. We purchased an AprilAire dehumidifier from Cape Cod PP and it was the best choice we've made for our beach house! If you have a damp basement or crawl space this machine is a must! They are personable, provide great information, and will offer any testing you may need as well.

We have been using Pest Pros for years at our office locations which arenconverted wood built houses. Pest Pros has always been extremely professional and has kept the pests out or shown up rapidly in case there has been a sudden unexpected infestation (ants). We never have had to manage them or call them to do what they said they are going to do. They always show up and get the job done year after year. Super excellent and a real weight off our backs knowing they are doing the job properly.

I use Pest Pro's at all my properties. They are always on time and describe the process for treatment. All my tenants are more than happy with the results. I will continue to use them on more of my properties.

We had a serious infestation of Yellow Jackets, often killing several in the house every day. I knew where the entrance to the nest was and sprayed numerous times over the summer. Unfortunately this was not successful. Getting desperate for a solution I called Pest Pros for help. They responded very quickly, sprayed some special powder at the nest entrance and waited to see if this was going to be effective. As it turned out this did resolve the problem, no more bees in the house. The technician offered to return if the problem continued, fortunately it hasn't. I am very satisfied with their service and will not hesitate to call them again if necessary.
