Everything has been done in a very professional way... from the inspection to the final work. Fast, effective and very good communications.
They came by and pitched us for pest service. Once they got our money we never heard from them again. As far as the local rep is concerned anyway. The main office for the National service tried to get in touch with him as well and couldn't. They didn't come for their return visit and I ended up getting stung by a bee as well as my 6-year-old daughter. Completely annoyed. Called and asked for a refund and lodged a big complaint. The local terminix rep in Hanson is terrible.
My technician JOSEPH BENEDICT, Walked me through all the steps everything that he was going to be applying to the property. He was very well spoken, easy to talk to and never once did he push any product or any further services on me. He was respectful, and was quiet while being around the property while we were inside.
For more years than I can even remember I have NEVER had a problem. It's not just because I have kept regularly serviced, it's because I see that nothing is ever over-looked. Impeccable, professional and completely trustworthy.
It's all our Terminix man, 'Jake' Prevost. Knowledgable, friendly, responsive, always willing to go the extra distance to accommodate our needs. This past visit we had several pest problems; he solved them all.
