They worry about some one being a month behind and have issues with it even if you pay the next month one time their late fees are outrageous and keep on adding the late fees one will tell you one thing and the other will say something different the owner is never there to talk to the policy in the office is no more than two months behind if two months behind they will tow you they change up their system program for excepting payments and then expect every one to catch up all at once and want to change things around it's funny how they can wave the fees for some and not others what's wrong with that .... I pay every month not always on time put I always pay at least 25.oo more when I'm late I talked to a lawyer and they told me that they can't refuse a payment if it is refused than the bill is paid in full and once a contract is singed it can not be changed .......until the contract is finished and after I believe it's 5 days late the late fees start not one day late I know that it's a five or a ten day grace period before they can start charging late fees can't make my payments one line use to but now can't since things have been charged if things are not broke why mess with it but other than that I have gotten a good vechiel

Everyone can't always walk into a real dealership and get a car they have to start from the bottom... Experience is the best teacher. I purchased my 07 Chevy impala 2 years ago, have I had some issues yes, but nothing major this far. Cars are gonna need care regardless of age. I had those problems fixed and whatever issues I had before purchase they fixed with no problem. I have to say I am now a proud owner of my vehicle and she still kicking.. I would definitely recommend them, and will definitely be going back in the months to come. Ask for Johnny, he is def a big help!!!
