We stayed at Grace House Bed and Breakfast recently, and were very impressed by this beautiful home and its owners. The elegant and carefully decorated bedroom and bathroom were pristine and inviting. The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. It is just a short walk to the town, and so was a great place to stay while visiting Lexington. In addition, the common areas of the house such as the covered porch were great places to sit and enjoy the summer evening.nOur hosts ensured that our stay was relaxing, and that all of our needs were met. They served a delicious breakfast, and afterwards, shared the history of the home with us. We had a lovely stay, and would highly recommend staying at Grace House.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary with a delightful stay at The Grace House.nnThe whole experience from reservation to check out was exceptional! Our hosts were exceptional as well!nnI would like to be among the first to rate the Grace House as a 6 Star B&B!

Our family stayed at Grace House for our son’s wedding. Rob and Cheryl met us upon arrival and made our long weekend an enjoyable one. The house is big and beautiful and fully restored as a majestic place. Breakfasts were served in the formal dining room where our family gathered before starting our days. Not just any breakfast but each one made and served as if we were in a five star restaurant. The bedrooms are well appointed and each has a large beautiful bath. There’s plenty of privacy and a room on the bedroom floor for gathering, TV and movies. There’s a large porch out front on both the first and second floor. Looking for a place to see Virginia mountains and a great small town, stay at Grace House.

My husband and I had a fabulous escape to Grace House in early March. We have stayed in many Bed and Breakfasts before and Grace House is the most beautiful we've ever experienced. This Bed & Breakfast is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. Hosts Rob and Cheryl are wonderful, friendly and welcoming, and clearly passionate about their home and it's history. It is beautifully maintained and impeccably clean. Linens were luxurious. Cheese and crackers awaited us upon arrival as well as coffee, tea and bottled water. We enjoyed the porch even in the cold. I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the warmer months. It is just a very short walk to downtown Lexington with all it's restaurants and shops as well as VMI and Washington and Lee. A perfect location. We can't wait to go back!

Refreshing decor, very comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast. We stayed in the sunshine room. A fridge and keurig is available 24/7 to guests. The owners are very friendly and explained the history of the house and its contents at breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay!
