My wife and I had the most amazing experience with both the travel company and the actual trip to Montego Bay. Our trip planner, Angela was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and easy to contact by phone or email. She gave excellent recommendations for sights to visit and things to do during our stay. Our travel planner was also easy to contact during our stay at the Hyatt Ziva Resort and stayed in touch with us periodically during our stay to insure our vacation was going smooth. We were very happy with how our trip went, and with the support we received before and during our travel. We will definitely be using Horizon Travel and our travel planner again in the future!
I was very pleased with the service provided by Horizon Travel. Because of COVID, Angela made sure it was permissible and safe for us to travel at the time we wanted to take a vacation. She contacted the hotel and made sure they had in-house Covid testing which is required three days before returning to the US. The resort she chose for us was spectacular. She was in constant contact with us via email asking how the trip was going and if we had any concerns or request. I did have a request once and she immediately responded back and took care of it. We will definitely be coming back and use this travel company when we do!
Such a great company and my experience has been great. I really enjoy working with them and would recommend them for anyone wanting to plan a vacation.
