My youngest daughter has been going here since August 2019. They've been nice and accommodating. Not sure the issue others have with the front desk staff, I've never had a problem and in fact found them quite helpful. It's a small office, so they are busy and that might contribute to folks feeling like they aren't getting the attention they deserve, but I've had no issues with them and have recommended them to others based on my visits there.

The front staff isn't the best, but the doctors truly care and are wonderful people.

I never got past 'Barb' the rude, disengaged, condescending person who answers the phone. I was referred here for follow-up after 5 days inpatient care at Carilion. Barb actually REFUSED outright to allow me to talk to the PA whom I was scheduled to see. So much for patient care and service. I will avoid Carilion service providers at all cost even though I had hoped to make Carilion my base provider.

I suffer from back pain and after 2 surgerys I'm still in pain. This is NOT the place to go for treatment.I signed a contract to only receive my pain meds from this office and was sent to pain management. Pain management will NOT supply my meds because my family doctor is to do that, doctor won't supply them because that's what pain management is for.Even after being contacted by pain management the doctor refused to fill meds. Now I'm in pain no meds and no help!!!!. Becareful what you sign and 28th who. These doctors don't provide long term pain meds even if they know your problems. They don't tell you that up front so you can find a doctor willing to help. Oh by the way the meds aren't anything strong its the one of the weakest out there.

I went to pulmonary rehab and after one session I quit because of the extreme rudeness of the older nurse in charge.
