Rented from David for almost 2 years, the issues we had when we moved in were still there two years later, every time we called with an issue, it took a while to get a response. Unless it was something they needed from us, no response. The deposit refund was a joke, seriously considering fighting it. Felt completely taken advantage of, I would never recommend renting from them.

They don't wear face masks. Work orders are ignored and never completed. In the rare case a handyman actually comes around to do some work, he won't clean up after himself.

Great company to work with. Very respectful and considerate. Quickly addressed every issue. Would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

I cannot speak highly enough about David and his professional team. They managed and soldna property for us in record time! Always responsive and a true advocate for their clients. Best in town- no question.
