The Rockbridge area YMCA is a great facility and is welcoming to all ages in our community. The exercise machines and cardio equipment are excellent and promptly repaired when necessary. The facilities are kept clean and management has made every effort to keep us safe during the pandemic. Jeff Black is an excellent personal trainer and the staff is helpful to assist . Check out the “Y” and you will be glad you did.

Nice facility, lot of equipment for cardio and lifting!nStaff is very nice and always working hard in order to keep the equipment sanitized and clean.

Love gym, and the various programs available for all ages. I especially like the yoga classes and can't wait to try out the water programs. The people there are always so warm and welcoming and they will even set you up with a personal trainer .

Nice gym, they have everything you need. Little to no wait time on the machines.
