This company is based in Eden, North Carolina. The staff is really professional. Installed my new hot water for me in no time. Pricing is really reasonable considering I live 40 minutes away. I highly recommend.
Had them install a toilet. The actual install went great. They did caulk around the bottom of the toilet which I am don't care for. If the toilet leaks it can trap the water under the toilet causing the floor to rot out. My reason for only 3 stars is failing to follow direction. Made arrangements to have a friend here at the scheduled time. They were to call before coming or if they need to change the time. They came 2 hours early with no phone call. My 98 year old mother was here and let them in. By the time my friend got here 15 minutes before the scheduled time they had finished and gone. They took parts they were to leave. Dyer's did replace the parts. Things would have gone much smoother if they had done what they said they would do and called.
We had some scheduling and billing issues but we're happy with how those issues were addressed and taken care of. The work complete was done well.
Dyers plumbing is now our go-to plumbing company. They have quick service and reasonable prices, two seemingly impossible features to find in a plumbing company these days. 10/10 will use them for our future plumbing needs.
