Maybe I should wait, but then it's been 3 months and things have not changed. I purchased a heat/cooling system from them (05-2020) and it has not worked/cooled since I had it. I have called and went to the office several times and they have still not resolved my problem. Mind you it has been 90 degrees everyday in July and they have not resolved my problem. I went to the office on Wednesday and I was told to set my thermostat on 70 and someone would be over to look at my system. Today August 4, 2020 I am still waiting on someone to come look at my system. I am having to use my window unit to cool my home, thank you Jesus for giving me the vision to not take it out. As of today August 4,2020 I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

Great service ! Very nice ! Fit me in same day I called. Fixed my leaks. Was in and out within a hour. Great work. Will definitely use again !

We had a pipe in our master bathroom that broke and Bryant's Plumbing came to rescue. They were extremely professional and explain all the options to fix it properly. I will definitely recommend to my friends that live in the Martinsville area. Thank you again.
