I used to enjoy this place, till poor management let me go and lack of communication and addressing real issues wasn't priority. It's sad to say that the students aren't the main focus of the department that operates this venue or the manager that runs it, heck or even the administration of the whole University. The ONLY thing they cared about was aesthetics and never the substance of potential this place had to bear. If only they cared about the employees more than saying look at the benefits we provide or the pay. The fact everyone works under a fear of termination and is to scared to speak up when something wrong happens or isn't just only to cling to there job and hope it doesn't involve them isn't how a work place should be especially one that claims they have created a great work environment for employees. This is still the worst run department of the whole University not to mention to solve problems they either try to throw money at it or just move people around without ever addressing the real issue. I'm ashamed to have ever been part of such a disgusting place and pity everyone whose still stuck in the vicious cycle they have created over the many generations of this Universities existence. What would George think?
