Line not moving
I went to Lexington,Virginia for the day and I heard the Mcrib was back and I was looking for McDonald's and found this one buried in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. I thought it was cool because it was attached to a gas station. But, good customer service and I had a good Mcrib. Overall 4 stars.
Went inside to place my order, there were two people in front of me, waited 5 minutes without being acknowledged before getting in my car and going through the drive through. Drive through was fast and efficient. Staff was polite and my order was correct.
Usually it's pretty good...but today I got a large fry that was about half full. On top of that it tasted like the fries had been sitting several hours. My mcchicken sandwich also tasted like it had been sitting. The crust was rubbery hard.
At 5pm we went to get takeout, the fries were old, the coke was just water, my big mac bun was dry and old. I wont be back again. Not worth the 15 minute drive to throw $32 away. Thanks again for another delicious meal.
