TJ was more than fair great man
My sons bus was abruptly and without a reason cancelled for his return trip after my mother’s funeral. He was stranded at the bus station in a strange town. No one was at the office. The 800 number was the only way he found out it was cancelled. No reschedule was suggested or offered to help him get home. The next day I had to purchase a new ticket which cost twice as much.nnWhen I called later, they refused to refund the cost of my replacement ticket. The app is like going back 30 years. Capitalism works but only when the company isn’t a monopoly.nn#GreyhoundSucks
Our bus was THREE hours late and then was stationary for over a half hour. We were supposed to go to Richmond VA and once the bus starts the driver says he's taking us to Charlottesville. We get to a non-functional station with no food or water including a broken vending machine for over 2 hours with no info on what was going on and when we were leaving. Called corporate customer service and told them the issue and they say they only deal with scheduling... Corporate?? So then I call the main number and they say to ask the driver, the driver has no info. I speak to their supervisor and he says they also only deal with scheduling and there's nothing they can do. I keep asking for a number to speak to someone regarding this and no, no and no along with I can't kept being the theme. No concern whatsoever about the HUMANS who are in the middle if nowhere and also missing their connecting buses. Now a new driver is on the bus and starts it and doesn't say a word. We have no clue where we're even headed or what happens when we get there. This was a horrible experience and it's starting to look like the only solution is to bring this issue to the news seeing as Greyhound isn't concerned about the humans they have hostage.
Not a fan of Greyhound. Traveled twice with them and both times weren't very pleasant. Bus broke down for 6 hours on the sode of the road and the driver was rude as well. Also I had to use the restroom but wasnt allowed at the bust staion because i didnt have my ticket printed out yet.
good, they changed where the bus picks up and drop off..
