It was good for what we wanted, which was just a place to nap along our 15 hour drive. It's very dated but it was clean and the staff was polite and professional.

Such nice people at the front desk! Both a girl at night at check in and a lady in the morning at check out. The room wasn't as clean as a room should be, with dust and dirt and things under furniture, but the experience was great. We really enjoyed our stay and will choose this hotel again. We even ordered a pizza from Dominos and had it delivered to the front lobby. They didn't mind.

When we first checked in, the rooms were not the rooms they reserved, the person we were traveling with their room wasn't clean. However, they did move her, I notice our room had a light layer of dust, and a musty wet smell to it. The baseboard in the bathroom had a thick layer of dust, and no toilet paper. The following morning i found a bed bug crawling on the pillow. We left for the day and came back the room wasnt touched. So i went to give the issues to the lady at the front desk, she offered us a room on 3rd floor (this place doesnt have an elevator) I tried to explain to her i have 2 little ones with me. We would continue the stay in the room (she was defensive about, the dusting issue as she said she dusted that day, this looked like a layer of dust from several weeks of not dusting,) she explained that we wouldn't be able to get our money back, because another room was offered I tried to explain to her about the issues for the staff to address them. She also said there was a do not disturb sign on the door (which i had seen leaving but we didnt hang it.) She proceeded to say that she has 30 rooms to clean and she is the only one cleaning them. I just asked if she would dust the room, spray for the bugs,and put toilet paper in the bathroom.replace the towels, and vacuum.i came back later athe room was cleaned, i was told they sprayed monthly for bugs,, but i was more bothered by the defensive nature of her tone, when i told her the room wasn't dusted..if i had it to do all over again i wouldn't stay here.

I was passing through the area, and chose to stay at this hotel. I was disappointed that they do not have laundry machines available. I was allowed to park my tractor trailer behind the building with no fuss. The receptionists I dealt with were friendly. Overall I had a pretty good experience.
