You will NEVER have my business again! After what I went through with my mother's funeral held by you all nearly 3 years ago and now my niece going through with her dad!! You all KNEW he had no insurance and did not bother to help guide her through with the most economical service. She wanted certain things and you NEVER bothered to help her until you were pressed with the issue from someone that personally knows you!! Then to make her pay up front!! Now we look in the obituary and you have THREE names spelled wrong and two of them have the same last name!. It is D-O-D-S-O-N and you spelled it Dopson and Dobson. and Anthony is Capo not Copo. SHAME ON YOU!! MAKE IT RIGHT!!nnNow so everyone can see what you did to me: My mother was cremated and I was brought a cremation certificate for another woman!! Which has always made me question if I had the correct cremains. Then someone called the funeral home and was told what insurance policy I used to cover her service!! What ever happened to PRIVACY?! and the only thing I was offered was an extra memorial candle or extra laminated obituaries to make up for that!!
I worked with Larry at Bassett for my Fathers funeral and I just can't say enough good things about Larry and all the staff there. Everyone was so kind and understanding of our situation. My Father passed very early in life and unexpectantly. I was across the country and clueless, everytime I called I got answers and guidance. My Father also looked amazing as they prepared him to be laid to rest. The ceremony was perfect, Larry orchestrated the entire thing without me having to worry about who should be where or what came next. If I ever need these services again in the future I will be working with Bassett, and Larry.
