It was good the first night we was on the nice side! The bed was nice a nice size tv and nice white towels! The receptionist was very rude the next day! Wouldnt answer the phone and told us that the room we was in was booked for that night when we tired to keep it! Now mind you this is on a Monday! The second night we had to move to the hood side were they smoke drugs at they argue all night. It was terrible! If i have to stay in room 103 or any room on that side i will not be staying there...
Our room was exceptionally clean and appointed nicely. Would recommend to family and friends. Front desk manager. Ms. Melissa, made us feel right at home with her warm hospitality and welcoming attitude.
great room clean and freindly staff. Must stay here prices are are reasonable. Close to Applebee.
If you are looking for a clean and friendly place to lay your head for a night look no farther. The rooms are a lil dated so heads up there. Clean room friendly staff and NO bugs! We had a smoking room and there was no ashtray but once we notified the desk a staff member brought one in a matter of minutes. All in all a pleasant stay and I would stay here again.
There was fresh blood on the sheets and you could tell the sheets had not been changed on both beds. My husband has had four strokes and the only reason we stayed is because of an ice storm and we had no electricity. I'm expecting a full credit in the morning. I doubt I will sleep at all tonight. Plus you can hear the neighbors all around us talking. I'll never stay at another Econo Lodge, especially Collinsville VA.nnIMG_1782.HEIC
