Nice clean rooms. Prices could be better. Won't give u discount if u stay weekly. Loved my room I had and the people that works there are very nice!! Just wish the prices were better ☺ufe0f.
Reply: well first of all. How can you see a car when I don’t have a car? Only time you saw me in a car was the day I checked in and twice when I used my fiancé’s car. And house keeping only came once the entire time we stayed. Now on the refund things. Do you remember you telling me the OWNERS said no refunds and it was out of your hands?? Please, I know you want to have good reviews so your hotels stays in business but to reply to your customers reviews with lies isn’t going to get you a check mark.
Your response is bull we not responsible for paying your utilities not one time did we get our room clean by housekeepers your exact words you have to clean your own room and when I was leaving out your housekeeper was standing at my door and I said I was checking out then. When I checked in the heat was left on in the room and when we left the room wasn't a mess we took all the trash out and everything only thing we didn't do for you was make the bed and clean the bathroom.
Needs new management! Very rude and unprofessional! No excuse for the way she acted towards me.
New manager has done an amazing job cleaning up the place. It's very quiet now, not a lot of traffic anymore, and they still have smoking rooms!!!
