Danny Higgins took great care of us and we feel like he worked hard to get were we wanted to be on our new f250. I felt so good about the buying experience I took my car the Magic City Ford in Lexington to be service . Danny personally check on the progress and made sure it was done to specs. my moms boyfriend just bought a f-250 from you'll and he absolutely loves the truck. very nice people to talk to and to ask questions about the vehicles. i recommend to get this place if you are look for a new car or truck and or a suv. are all ways happy when you walk in the door.

My experience, at first, was less than desirable because of an unfortunate miscommunication between the Lexington dealership and the Roanoke dealership. However, the Lexington team promptly and effectively resolved the issue. I left feeling valued and appreciated as a (return) customer. I was given a great deal on a great car! Joe and Danny made the experience great. I will definitely return in the future and will recommend to fam and friends.
My experiences with Magic City Ford's Service Center have been outstanding! I've taken my 2014 Ford Focus there for a tricky water-leak issue, which was resolved, as well as for clutch issues (note: this is part of Ford's ongoing DPS6 problem). Throughout it all, Michael Finch (Service Advisor) demonstrated clear & timely communication, impressive knowledge of technical & mechanical matters, and an abiding commitment to customer satisfaction. Honest, competent, patient, and kind. My goodness, does it get any better than that?
