Pretty cool place with alot of food variety.
I love going in there!!! The staff is always friendly and helpful.. Before, I used to take my daughter shopping in the store and just walk around but now that I've lost weight I can fit into the clothes too, so we shop together!!!! The prices are great, the sales are amazing. Everything about Rue21 makes it a 5 star store...

I've shopped there since they opened and had my first bad experience. I picked up 2 orders I placed online. The manager opened the boxes to make sure the order was right. There was no receipt in the box and the manager, who is usually really nice, acted like it was somehow my doing. She opened the box, not me. I told her I never had an issue with my orders but she still threw attitude at me. I told her I wasn't concerned about the receipt, but she continued with a nasty tone and attitude. She asked if I wanted to return anything, which I've never done, so, no, I didnt. I was so confused by this normally sweet lady acting like I was a total inconvenience. However, needless to say I won't be ordering anymorenVery odd
