I'm a student! I love it there! Fun but also seriousness. Great place and area.
Poor service. I called to get them to fix the terrible highlights and the director set up an appointment to do it. When I arrived she wasn't there so they wanted to reschedule. I asked for a refund and they said only she could do it. It took almost 3 months to get my money back.
Called and they told me to come today at 1030 when they opened to get highlights. I waited until 1050 and they never showed up! !!! Left bummed out ..
