In way over their heads. Can handle the most basic of transactions, but their apparent lack of familiarity with anything even slightly more complicated makes them a risky choice. Mostly nice folks but just not up to date with modern banking standards and services. When I complained about hiccups in their mobile banking app, their top manager told me that I was lying. They can't urge us to patronize local businesses unless they can give competitive service.

NEVER BANK HERE!! The guy who works the drive thru can't put money in the right account (nearly costing me late fees on bills). Once I discovered the problem they took their sweet time fixing the issue. Seeing as this was not my first incident with the bank, I asked another teller to withdraw all of my money to end my account. She was incapable of counting my money correctly and needed a machine to inform her of her errors. Never again.

I love Cornerstone Bank in Virginia. The staff is friendly, they have treats for my dogs, I can get papers notarized for free, and they always have time to say hello and see how you are doing. It is a clean and efficient operation and I have not one single complaint about any of the services I have received.
