This is my first time using H&R Block. I have always done it alone or used Turbo Tax. This year was a rather complicated one for us. Vickie made it so easy and found tax breaks that I had not even know about. She was so well prepared and stayed on top of our returns. I felt totally confident in her knowledge. She was also very warm and friendly. Will definitely be back.
