Quality Mart

I visited the Quality Mart In Collinsville VA. Store # 57543100705 for gas. I decided to also purchase a Bank of a Million lottery ticket. I explained to the cashier what type of lottery ticket I wanted. I gave her a sample ticket so she would have something to go by. The cashier printed the tickets and they were wrong. I informed the cashier. The cashier informed me she would force me to purchase the tickets by calling the police. I am 68 years of age. I would have love to talked to the police about this situation but I was with another elderly woman that is 64 years of age and she in formed me that this cashier intimidated her as well when she told me she would call the police and make me pay for something I did not want. To keep the person I was with calm I left the store. The employee that made me purchase what I DID NOT WANT QUICKLY walked out side and smoke a cigarette. this lead me to believe that she was wanting a cigarette badly the whole time and that is why she was unable to do her job. Since it was XMAS EVE this person might have been agitated about having to work which again made her unstable for working on this day. The cashier also kept a dollar of my money. I did not say anything about the dollar she kept because it would have up set the person I was with and probably the cashier since she had already threaten me. I work with the homeless, I work with people that are trying to become drug free and people that have Serious Mental illnesses. For any one to interact like this on Xmas eve when the world is suppose to be self-less instead of selfish and working to serve the pubic is unbelievable.nnST#1109 TRAN# 1019125 12/24/20 4:41 P.MnCSH : 5
