Staff was cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful! We were there to root for the opposing team and they treated us like we were hometown fans!nnThe place was clean (before the game) and the concession stand looked clean too.
A little bias, but I love this stadium. Go Tribe!
Classic 1970s style arena that has seen 100s of games and concerts. This arena is ripe for a makeover. I love it most for basketball games.nnIt is actually named in honor of Jane Thompson Kaplan ’56 and Jim Kaplan ’57 (and not a professor from the law school as erroneously or sarcastically indicated in a review below).
No kids allowed!nnWent her to catch a game with my parents. Brought our children. Our 2yo got tired of sitting so we were taking turns walking around the mezzanine. No one that we saw had a problem with this, and he wasn’t yelling or screaming like he would be if we forced him to sit. A manager came and told us that walking was a safety hazard, a distraction to people watching, and that people had complained. She said we needed to leave.nWas probably more distracting that we had to get all of our stuff and leave in the middle of the period.nWorst customer service ever. They should be ashamed.
Very nice venue. Not a bad seat in the place. Very friendly and courteous staff. Definitely go see and support the Tribe!
