I showed up for my appointment at the scheduled time but was informed that the doctor was out of town and l would have to make another appointment. I was told that the doctor's office tried to call and let me know beforehand. Not true! The only call l received was my appointment reminder. Since l am switching to a primary care provider it's just as well. My experience with Sovah has been good in the past, unfortunately not this time.
