This is the bourbon shrimp appetizer at the Cove..it comes with pita bread chips. The cream sauce with rice is very tasty. A perfect dish.

COVID-19 Protocols like group spacing, wait staff distancing, and table sanitizing were observed to be well in place while not infringing on the pleasantness of the dining experience.nnThe restaurant was larger than expected and had a nice atmosphere. Wait staff were attentive and the food was very good. $$$ but good.nnI had the chicken yakitori (delicious), clear soup (excellent), delta force sushi roll (good), and the Las Vegas sushi roll (very good).nnI hope to go back!

Very beautiful area. Lots of shops, restaurants and convenient to walk. There are parking garages so you can park.

This is my favorite place in Newport News. I go all the time to clear my head and to feel peace. I truly love the scenery and sound of the water splashing as you walk. This is the perfect spot to visit or even workout at as well.. I go for serenity.
