Hate to even give them one star! $24 and my car looked worse than before I pulled in!! Windows and mirrors spotted, blue soap left all over it, the dryer didn't blow anything off, and the half down tire shine splattered black all down the sides of my Yellow Camero!!! Awful.... Minus 5 stars would be more like it!! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!
Took my baby girl to the pet wash located at this location yesterday afternoon.. the building had NO heat, NO towels to dry the dogs, NO shampoo as well as the water turning ice cold after 4 minutes in! I wasn’t to upset at the fact it was no towels or dog wash because it NEVER is, and I brought my own, but it was unacceptable that the water turned freezing cold mid-wash and I was forced to finish washing her with freezing water to make sure the shampoo was off of her. I have tried to call the number that is provided and it says the number isn’t taking call at this time! If I could give NO stars I would! This is the worst place ever.
Been going there for 4 yrs and dryer never works. Employee said back then it’s broke, I assumed it would b fixed within the summer 4 yrs ago. Silly me!
The young man who collected my payment was patient in explaining the difference in costs & various packages available. He prepared passenger side of vehicle while second young man prepared driver side. They both had scrubbing of bird's target practice. Vehicle was nice & clean after trip through automated wash tunnel. Found some traces of bird droppings still on driver side. For the price of Package #1, I would likely try it again.
I had a soapy car after I had left and told the guy he gave me another one and it was great. Real polite and responsible for the accidental soap issue
