Fantastic service. They responded quickly and professionally, and even though Steve had to come out to the house and spend time diagnosing the problem, because the city ended up taking care of the issue he did not even charge me for his time. Incredible. Knowing they act in such good faith makes me very sure I'll call them up if/when I have any future issue.

I called Ziegler for a quote but ended up needing their services immediately because our shower wouldn't turn off! I called them right away (after a few failed attempts with other companies: no answer and no call backs) and they answered right away. I was lucky enough there was an opening for us the next morning. The technicians arrived early, talked me through the repairs, immediately knew upon explaining the solution to our problems and worked efficiently and quickly.nnThank you Ziegler! I highly recommend them!

When I say LIFESAVERS!!! Ok, I may be being a little dramatic, but Ziegler Plumbing definitely came through for me when I needed them most. My loving husband broke our master bathroom shower handle a week before we were to receive family in town. I called Ziegler’s on a Wed, and they had someone come out same day to check out the damage! The plumbers that came out told me what I needed, which I ordered same day for next day delivery, and I scheduled service for that Friday.nnChris, the plumber that came out Friday, was extremely professional. He went above and beyond to help fix my shower (spent about 2hrs trying) but unfortunately, the equipment I ordered wasn’t compatible. He instructed me on exactly what to purchase, and because I planned on a scheduling again with the company, I wasn’t charged for the visit!!nnAfter correctly ordering and receiving what I needed, Greg and Mike came out today, Thursday, to install my new shower/bath kit. They were professional, efficient and courteous. My husband and I only had to spend one night sharing the guest bathroom with family and I didn’t break the bank getting my shower fixed. I would DEFINITELY use their services again if needed, and I RECOMMEND you give them a try!!

Absolutely the best plumbing experience ever! How many times have you ever talked about plumbing like that? These guys are awesome. They were timely, honest, and professional in every way. We are a large family with 12 children, so when our sewer pump goes down we aren’t far behind. No toilet flushing, no showers, etc. so it’s a disaster. We’ve been a customer of Ziegler’s for many years and they’ve always taken great care of us. We called with, what for us was a semi-emergency situation, and within just a few hours super-technician HUNTER arrived to save the day. In no time the problem was diagnosed, fixed, and we were back in business. The “Boss-man”, who personally installed our pump several years ago even showed up to make sure everything was taken care of properly. And HUNTER and his mate explained everything with patience and concern that was truly impressive and thoughtful, even while standing in the rain. Can’t say enough good things about this company...professional and considerate from top to bottom !!!
