I have been a customer for years and I have always been happy with their service. They were my go to plumber. I had a plumbing emergency (clogged main drain) at 10:30 at night and called them. I got what was clearly an answering service. I never heard one word back from them. Never a call back - nothing. I called another company who came right out and fixed the problem and really did a good job. I called A1 back to let them know it was fixed. I still have not heard from them. I have a new plumber.
I have called A-1 for a new water heater, new valves, a new shutoff and most recently a washer/dryer hookup for a stacked unit in a closet. Every time, they are professional, timely and do great work. Most importantly, they communicate from the time they're on their way until the work is done. Their office is a pleasure to deal with as well.
Good service for a good price
I recommend A1 Plumbing to my friends and family for any future work. The company sent Faro over, and he was very friendly. Faro was also professional and informative. He completed the work in a timely manner and let me know what was going on with my problem by explaining it to me and with the use of pictures. A1 Plumbing is the way to go for any plumbing work.
Chris B. was efficient, polite and great to work with! We had new granite counter tops installed and needed a new faucet and sink hooked up. He did an amazing job! Would highly recommend.
