I have had Miller's to do several services at my property. I find them so respectful, honest, knowledgeable and standards are high. Mark always informs me of what the job entails. He will ask before making decisions that will alter the looks of what is excepted. I find that very respectful. I appreciate him and Miller's. In this day and age you can't trust as beforeThis company has earned my trust. Hiring staff like Mark shows they want qualified workers to perform quality work.

The company goes above and beyond to fulfill the expectations. They use prompt professionalism. It was evident in their work and confidence that they had the skills necessary to perform the task at hand. I would not hesitate to use them again

We discovered a leak on the hot water heater in the evening and by morning we had no hot water. I called Miller’s and they had a crew out here within 2 hours with everything they needed. We ended having to install a new tank. The work was done very well. They cleaned upnAfter themselves too. A top notch company and reasonably priced too!

I called Miller's per a recommendation for my yearly septic tank service. The young ladies at the office that answered the phone were friendly and a pleasure to talk with. Josh came out and while we both thought it would be an quick yearly check up and initial investigation, it didn't turn into that. Josh was professional, and diligent in his initial check of the system, he went above and beyond to find things on the system and to verify if what he saw in one part is the same looking at it from another angle. This was the first time they put eyes on the system so to speak, he wanted to make sure he had all the information, and a complete list of things that are working or showing wear.

Richard was the technician who came out to service my septic system and he was excellent! He was respectful, knowledgeable, personable and went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything pertaining to my system. As I am a renter, all of this dealing with a septic system is entirely new to me, so when my ground started seeping stinky water, I freaked! He explained to me step by step what was wrong and what I can do to ensure it didn't happen again. I apparently have a degraded distribution box. They will be sending out a different team to check to see if it needs to be replaced or just fully cleaned out. The team here are great! Highly recommended!
