The front desk person is rude and condescending and not nice at all. She act like I was bothering her. She was extremely overweight and you could tell she takes her anger out about her life issues on the patients. The frontline person should be welcoming and friendly. This was the worst first impression and she was dressed really sloppy and unpresentable. I am going to request to do my physical therapy elsewhere all because of her or shall I say it..

If you need serious, professional and friendly help for your pain relief, this is THE place to go. These folks are definitely the best of the best. I would highly recommend going here to any newcomers who are concerned about getting top quality care and assistance. Ashley and Rachael are just the greatest therapists and such nice people. I have been to other places over the years and none even come close to Riverside. These two wonderful people will help you with all kinds of techniques and tools, etc. I love them! These two lovely, kind, caring and professional ladies will skillfully help you yield results. See for yourself why I give them praise and their staff 5 stars! I am very pleased with Riverside.
