Great deal on my van and wonderful service I would recommend them to everyone

I purchased my van there. Shannon is an awesome guy to work with. 1 yr later van almost paid for...nAbove was at purchase, of course they are nice and friendly, 1 year later when van will be paid off in 6 months, it started leaking oil, I take it to PVT for diagnose. I'm told it's a timing solenoid and it would cost right at $500 to fix. Mind you I just spent $400 with them for front alignment, oil change and brake pads. Also I got a new radiator, head lights and new bumper. So insurance spent a little over $3k on this van.nI told them let me figure out something and I would let him know about fixing it. I got a second opinion which would cost me $200 so I go with that. In the mean time I'm $85 due for November and December just came due. So I call them to let them I'll be in by the end of the week to pay catch up payments.nThey tracked the van came to the repair lot and picked it up. Now mind you I only owe about $900 total, which was what they paid for the van from Honda. I've done all those repairs and they come get it. Win, Win PVT... That's not good business practices at all. I had to purchased another vehicle so it wasn't like I had no transportation but they didn't know that, it's the principal of it and it's just wrong.nBUYERS BEWARE!!!nThey prey on people that have hit a bump in the road and take from them!!nI hope it's remembered when things goes wrong... You can't do people wrong and think it's not coming back on you!!! It's called Karma...nGalatians 6:7 A man reaps what he sowth..

Very kind people. We had a mishap that got us behind and they were so kind to work with us. We will never go anywhere where else for they way they helped us.

Pvt is a great place to buy a car from, I personally have purchased several different vehicles from them and have never had any problems they work with you on down payments and on payment amounts and due dates not only are they very helpful to each individual person and their needs they also do not go off your credit so if you have bad credit they will still give you a chance because they offer in store financing, the staff is always very welcoming , not only are they a dealership, but they reach out to help out the community as well they help out around Christmas time, they make donations to things such as breast cancer awareness, as well as many others so in all reality shopping with PVT is another way that you can give back to your own community and help build each other up !!!!! I personally believe they are the absolute BEST !!!!!
