This place is super small, so don't expect to spread out. However is quite fitting for the town of west point. Seems like a nice place to get out, meet the neighbors and relax(if you don't mind being in a relatively small location). Good view of the river and on a super quiet street so no loud horns or loud folks to be heard. Perfect destination for walking the dog, kids or just a quiet moment of reflection. Hope you enjoy as we did!
Always a pleasant view of the York River. Tiny though.
It was nice but exceptionally small. Or rather it was not what I expected. It is a plot of land where the water comes up, just the area behind the landmark sign. Like if you watched Parks and Rec and they made that tiny park, yes, that.
Small beach area. Maybe about 3 families at a time can enjoy this area. Some neighborhood kids come without supervision and can get out of control. It's an okay alternative to driving all the way to VA beach.
