Very nice but it would be even better if they would return the picnic table and the port-a-jon!
First time launching the kayak from this location. Had a great paddle out towards the York and part way up the western branch of the creek. Rode the incoming tide back to the launch point with a few diversions to check out nooks and crannies along the way. Peaceful and beautiful.
Nice kayak launch on beautiful sheltered Wormley Creek off York River.
Took my Jon boat out for a day out on the creek. Suitable for my boat. Dock and ranp were in great shape. Even porta potty was clean. Views were great. Nature was out and about for bird watching. Fish were jumping as well. We will be back.
A really nice quiet place to sit, think, and enjoy nature. As a public boat launch, it's great. Large parking area for your vehicle and trailer. Port-a-john for nature's call. And has a handicap canoe/kayak launch dock.
