It’s quiet and an older community but very well kept. It’s in the country but not too far out. Surrounded by woods, very peaceful.

Trailers are falling apart maintenance does not keep them up the way they're supposed to be roof leaks floors are falling in and I have never seen so many fleas in my life you walk outside in the grass you'll have them all over you before you walked back inside you can spray the house over and over and over spray your yard over and over and over we do it every week and they're still there

Really nice old man. He showed us the property and has been very nice. He offered to replaced anything in the house that we needed replacing. Had the ac serviced before we moved in. Incredible job renovating the homes.
