It's a McDonalds. This one usually seems to get my order right.
I place relatively large orders for my family of six. Inevitably, my order is incorrect and missing several items. I try to check everything before I leave the parking lot, but this is still frustrating. However, the staff are very courteous when I call or return for the missing items.
I ordered coffee at 3 in the afternoon. Had to wait for a new pot which was fine, but I was told to pull to the front of the store and they would bring it to me in 5 minutes. After 12 minutes I had to go in and get it myself. They had forgotten me ud83dude23. No sorry or nothing. Should have been free.
Super friendly cashier and staff. We were in and out quick with our sandwiches!!
My meal was completely messed up. I ordered spicy nuggets and half of them were normal nugets and the travis scott meal was missing the BBQ sause and only had one shred of lettuce and the mcflurry was messed up with they ice cream was spilling outside the cup. Overall i think i would rather lower my standards and eat at burger King than returning to that McDonald's again.
