We had a small problem the 1st time we stayed but they took care of us.nAbsolutely love this hotel. Beautiful location. Bed and pillows are actually very comfortable.
Older hotel in a great location but we had some security concerns during our recent stay and a lack of clarity with staff. If there are security cameras then use them appropriately with a simple protocal but a lack of knowledge or training is simply an exaggerated excuse. The room was comfortable and the view was wonderful!

Upon arrival at 2:45 PM, check in is at three, I waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. I would rate that is zero. The gal was less than pleasant, but I didn’t want that to tarnish my experience. When I got to the room, the view was amazing! It started to rain and never stopped. But, the Waterview was awesome, the beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows are the best ever! They need to sell those online. I’d buy half a dozen or more. Upon check out, an hour and a half before 11, the required time, the same gal from the day before saw me in the hallway and told me to drop my keys in the box. She was very abrupt and very unpleasant. She needs to find another job. If she’s there the next time I come, no thank you I’ll find another place
