Called in for an inquiry with the intention of booking flights urgently, I wanted to fly within the next 2 days.nThe agent was nice and seemed eager to help on the phone, though not very knowledgeable on the itinerary I was trying to book (I could tell from the extensive research I had previously done).nAfter a bit on the phone, they told me that they would look into my itinerary and call me back within they day. And never got a call back! Good thing I always have a few backup plans.
