If I could give less stars I would, during this pandemic I bought from this agency 3 tickets, but flights were being cancelled. I called the agency and they said they could keep my tickets on hold for a year, now that I want to change my flight dates they don’t want to be helpful. This agency is not professional, they are not responsible, they have bad attitude and don’t care about their customers! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM!
Has stood the test of time for 30 years. My family went here and now I go here for traveling to South America and other international places. Also now I can just book online
That they can not give you a fee with all the details and specifications, even a photo that one gives you, by clear phone and the little availability to win our business, better approach us out there.
The receptionist of this place is a spoiled one, she doesn't know how to treat people, at the VA branch.
