This was my first time using a travel agent. I was a bit unsure at first if it would be worth it or not. I worked with Mo and let me tell you he was every bit worth it. From the moment he met with my girlfriend and I during a walk-in to the last meeting I had with him before our trip he was always extremely helpful and courteous. He worked with our budget to get the most out of our trip to Thailand and we had an amazing time. Mo was there every step of the way and was always there to answer any questions. My girlfriend and I never had to lift a finger in the planning of our trip. He did absolutely everything for us and was always keeping in contact with us to make sure we were up to date on everything. Thanks to Mo we had one of the best vacations we've ever been on. This agency has bad service so I called them almost 1 month to choice my seat . They said gonna fixed every things two days before flight time but they did no thing and also they did not answer on the phone . This th first i bought the tikcket from agency and this last time . This things let me very up set and angry.
