During this pandemic I have had to spend my trip overseas. I purchased my ticket from this agency I requested that it be postponed and I was charged admin fees! now on top of that the air line has offered me a refund as the pandemic has gotten worse but the amount is 200 dollars less than what I purchased my ticket for. I contacted the travel agency and they essentially said oh well that's not our problem! This is seriously unacceptable I refuse to use this agency again and I am placing a complaint with the Airline so hopefully they no longer use this agency either. Its truly horrific to see how unprofessional these individuals are.

I would love to give this agency ZERO stars for the nonsense they put us through!!! My husband booked a trip to South America BEFORE the Zika Virus outbreak. I am pregnant right now and my husband was going to cancel his trip and hoped to get a refund due to the unexpected epidemic, you know....not trying to bring the virus back and give our baby a birth defect that could have been prevented!!!! Seriously, Condori, LISTEN TO THE NEWS!! It is NOT safe to travel in South America right now and that is not the customer's fault! Airlines are giving customers refunds, no questions asked. Instead, we get the run around (i.e., Call the airline, we can't help you, call the airline, pay us a penalty etc.) from this joke of a travel agency. Why did we even book through you if all you're telling us to do is call the airline and they tell us you're the ones who need to deal with the issue since we went through you? Unbelievable. Close your office...your customer service is lacking in every way possible!!
