Jo's Cleaners is fantastic. They put my last cleaners to shame in quality, cost less, and are much more friendly and customer service oriented. The people there are wonderful and genuinely care. It's in an excellent location on Jefferson Ave, close to 64, but even if you're distant like me (I live in Suffolk) you might think it's worth a drive like I do. I wasn't surprised at all when I saw the poor reviews (3.5!) of the cleaners closest to my home in Suffolk, and the excellent reviews of Jo's in Newport News.
